U.S. Shipping Starts Next Week!

Great news, everyone! Our fulfillment warehouse was overwhelmed with work -- summer, it seems, is a busy time for packing and shipping orders -- but they assure us that the U.S. packages start leaving the building next week. Many of you in the U.S. will have your rewards before the end of the month.

International shipments take a lot more effort and time; we'll post an update when we have more info about how all of the paperwork that is required is coming along. To warn you in advance: This is not a fast or easy process. We learn with each project that nothing makes international fulfillment easy or inexpensive. All we can do is keep seeking out new methods of transporting packages across the world.

For those of you who want the Doppelsoldner and Ogre Mark VI miniatures in plastic, we have an update and details on the crowdfunding campaign at our forums. See this thread for the latest news, and we hope that many of you will join us in making these latest Ogre plastic miniatures a reality.

Ogre Battlefields Shipping Update

The Battlefields container arrived last week! With this a holiday week, we do not expect the fulfillment warehouse to start work on shipping out the rewards until next week, at which point they will pack and ship all of the rewards as quickly as possible.

The U.S. rewards will be the easiest to handle, with shipments expected to reach U.S. backers before the end of this month. International rewards, though, will happen at a slower pace as we must handle the necessary paperwork and will be at the mercy of whatever government agencies stand between us and your door. We'll ship as fast as we're able; once we know more, we will post another update.

For those who have asked about our next Ogre project, we are still planning to crowdfund the Ogre MKVI and Dopplesoldner miniatures (taking the old metal designs into plastic), but the specifics are still in the works and we need more time to do this right. Please keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook accounts for notification of new Ogre projects.

And, as always, you can find existing Ogre titles at Warehouse 23.

News You Rarely Hear: Ahead of Schedule!

Emailed landed moments ago with news that must be shared: The Battlefields shipment is expected to reach our fulfillment warehouse before the end of June! (About one week ahead of schedule.)

This won't have much of an impact on the project's delivery window -- we are still on track to deliver U.S. rewards in July and international following that as fast as possible -- so please don't start watching for packages today.

Just as soon as the shipment reaches the warehouse and we start processing rewards, we'll be back with another update. Until then, don't miss all of the Ogre titles at Warehouse 23 and be sure to join in the discussions at the official Ogre forums.

Project Update, Pocket Box Preorders, and Decks of Destiny

Great news! This afternoon, we finalized the shipping schedule for the Battlefields project: The container leaves the factory in one week and then starts the journey to our fulfillment warehouse in Michigan. We expect to receive the container the first week of July, which means that we should start shipping rewards the second or third week of July. As long as there are no delays, we'll see U.S. rewards starting to reach you in July and international rewards reaching backers in late August and into September.

Our experience with international fulfillment continues to improve and, with that experience, we refine our estimates with each new campaign. The process isn't perfect; it is getting better.

The Fantasy Trip: Decks of Destiny

Speaking of Steve's earlier designs, we shipped The Fantasy Trip Legacy Edition to stores last month and have received a lot of great comments from players who have opened the hefty, overloaded box. (Over eight pounds of game!) Some players want more, though, and that is exactly what we're bringing to the game with the Decks of Destiny project, now funding on Kickstarter. 

Over a dozen unlocked stretch goals have added more cards, megahex sheets, and other accessories to the campaign, and we still have over three weeks to go before the project closes; plenty of time to jam even more into the box! Check out the project today, and help us make the box even heavier!

Battlefields Production Copies = Lots of Pics!

Great news! The production samples have arrived and are approved, moving us another step closer to completing the project. At the moment, Battlefields is scheduled to go on the boat in about three weeks.

For those of you looking at all of these pics (thank you, Sabrina!) and saying: "I should have chosen an extra copy," we have added the Battlefields box to our current preorder page for the Pocket Box games. There are a limited number of copies of Battlefields being offered as a part of the preorder; find the preorder page here.

Also included in the Pocket Box preorders: Ogre Miniatures, Second Edition. We have been asked about when the book will be reprinted; no reprint required! We still have some stock available and you can preorder it as part of the Pocket Box campaign or on Warehouse 23. Your choice!
